Your data stays on your device.
That's the short version. Here's the rest.
What we store
Nothing. Sagax has no database. No user accounts. No server-side storage. Your entire session lives in your browser's localStorage. If you clear your browser data, your session is gone. We cannot recover it.
What happens during a session
When you use Sagax, your conversation is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This is how Sagax thinks. Here's what that means:
- Your conversation text is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing
- Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training (per their privacy policy)
- We do not store, log, or retain any part of your conversation on our end
- Once your session ends, the API conversation is gone
What we collect
No cookies. No tracking pixels. No analytics. No fingerprinting. We don't know who you are, where you came from, or how long you stayed. We chose not to measure you.
Your audit
When Sagax generates your audit, it exists in your browser only. We strongly recommend downloading the PDF. That file is yours. We have no copy of it.
Payments
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of the product and handles payment processing, tax collection, VAT, and billing on our behalf.
We never see your card number. Lemon Squeezy collects the minimum information needed to process the transaction (email for receipt, payment details). See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment information.
Third-party services
Sagax uses the following third-party services during a session:
- Anthropic API -- processes your conversation. Does not use API inputs for training. Privacy policy
- Lemon Squeezy -- processes payments as Merchant of Record. Privacy policy
No other third-party services are used. No analytics platforms, no advertising networks, no data brokers. There is nothing else.
What we believe
Most privacy policies are written to protect the company. This one is written to tell you the truth. We built Sagax to see people clearly. It would be contradictory to surveil them in the process.
If you have questions about any of this, email [email protected].
