Terms of service

The agreement.

Written for humans. No buried clauses.

What Sagax is

Sagax is a career audit tool. It reads your materials, has a conversation with you, and produces a skill element map, atomic drive statement, gap analysis, territory recommendations, and a search kit. The output is a document you download and keep.

What Sagax is not

Your data

Your session lives in your browser. We don't store it. Full details are in our privacy policy.

The free preview

When you upload your materials, Sagax reads them and generates a set of questions it would ask you in a full session. This preview is genuinely free. No credit card required. No bait and switch. If you stop at the preview, you owe nothing and we have nothing of yours.

What you're paying for

Payment unlocks access to the full Sagax audit session. This includes the AI-guided conversation, the multi-section audit document (skill element map, atomic drive statement, gap analysis, territory recommendations, and search kit), and the ability to download your completed audit. The product is delivered instantly in your browser upon payment.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of the product and is responsible for payment processing, tax calculation, VAT collection, invoicing, and billing compliance on our behalf. When you purchase a Sagax audit, your transaction is with Lemon Squeezy, who then pays us.

Refunds

Your audit is generated in your browser. Once it exists, we can't take it back. That said:

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, Lemon Squeezy handles the dispute process. This may result in a $15 dispute fee. We strongly encourage contacting us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback -- we'd rather just fix it.

Your audit belongs to you

The audit document, the skill element map, the atomic drive statement, the territory recommendations, the search kit. All yours. You can share it, publish it, use it in applications, frame it, argue with it. We claim no ownership over the output of your session.

Our content belongs to us

The Sagax interface, the Prism Model methodology, the exercise library, and the design are the intellectual property of Glitchlit Systems LLC. Using Sagax doesn't grant rights to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the platform itself.

Prohibited use

You may not attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or reconstruct the system prompts, methodology internals, conversational framework, or any proprietary logic that powers Sagax. This includes but is not limited to: asking the agent to reveal its instructions, using prompt injection techniques, or systematically probing the agent to map its decision-making process.

You may not use Sagax to build, train, or inform a competing product or service. Your audit and its contents are yours. The system that produced it is ours.

Violation of these terms may result in license revocation without refund.

Hardship program

A reduced rate is available for those who need it. No verification, no questions asked. Contact us for details.

Limitation of liability

Sagax is provided "as is." We do our best to make it accurate, insightful, and useful, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The audit is generated by AI based on the materials and conversation you provide. Its quality depends in part on the quality and completeness of what you bring. We are not liable for career decisions made based on your audit results.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sagax. If you're under 18, we recommend reviewing your audit with a parent, guardian, or school counselor.

Changes to these terms

If we change something, we'll update this page and the date below. We won't bury changes in legalese. If a change materially affects what you agreed to, we'll make it obvious.

The spirit of this agreement

We built a tool that sees people. The terms of using it should be just as clear. If something here doesn't make sense, ask us: [email protected].
